Update dialogue-tree to escape pointy brackets #104

This page was not useable because almost all the example code was being rendered as pairs of pointy brackets with nothing in between. No changes other than attempting to escape the brackets that were already there.

@noahwf thanks for working on this. Your first attempt doesn't seem to work correctly. You can test it by using the Perhaps try using backslash characters before all 4 symbols in the pattern

That is really strange. I did this by checking it against the preview.
Is there another way to check?
Here's what it looks like when I preview it:
